The life of a touring production. I'm in a band that's done a lot of touring, and the real heroes aren't the people you see on stage but the people behind the scenes putting everything together and making sure it all runs smoothly!

From the top down, This team just does it right!
This dude and the rest of the equipment staff work their BALLS off. It's cool as hell to see guys like Coach Belichick, Gronk, and McCourty giving them a ton of credit. The Pats organization really is run like a military outfit, where everybody is prepared, does their jobs, and excellence is the only acceptable level of performance. So much admiration for these folks and their work ethic.
It's amazing what we all take for granted that goes into making a team work. We see the end product on Sunday afternoon; however, a great deal of work goes into game day. This fine young man has worked incredibly hard for his team and is a credit not just to the Patriots, but the entire league, too. Well done!

_Brendon_ : Good question thanks Jeff. Well as my mentor and life coach Big Bill, as I call him, said you just got to do your Job. My job today was you know, replacing the shoes and face masks, getting the players hydrated with high quality H20 but you know, the team really stepped up today. A player yelled WATER and I didn't even need to squirt it in his mouth, he just got up and got it himself. That's a team play right there. Stepping forward we just need to keep playing as a team and it's on the Jacksonville next week.
