Mike Wayne definitely all work and no free time during the season...I doubt you can even enjoy the games fixing equipment and running for stuff. Lots of work may even deserve more $$

The Pats organization really is run like a military outfit, where everybody is prepared, does their jobs, and excellence is the only acceptable level of performance. So much admiration for these folks and their work ethic.

One of the unsung heroes on a professional team. He looks relaxed in the interview but it's a very demanding job. Aside from having to look after the needs (no matter how outlandish) of 150 players, coaches, and staff, he and his staff have to deliver with a certain demeanor because it can have an effect on how the team performs. That's why he dried the sweat off that player's shoe.
