Depending on your state you will need a commissary (commercial kitchen) that not only has the kitchen but a place to store and service your cart. Where I live thats impossible to find. But when you get up and running you can make decent money.
I guess it depends where you are located, it is in fact good money and easy work, I own a trailer like this, but I had it open in Arkansas for 2 years, then I moved to Clearwater Beach, and in the county of Pinellas they don't allow food-trailers (Shaved Ice falls into that category) so I am screwed and can't open it here, so I am selling my trailer now!
I'm looking to buy something similar to this
Is this for sale.
Is this business worth getting into?
+Jeremy Wright If you are willing to work hard and do lots of events.
