Douglin is one durable fighter. Most fighters would of just laid down after those punches taken. This was not "easy work" for Austin Williams.

Douglin landed a liver shot near the end of the 4th round that shut ammo down through the 5th and it went super under noticed

@@willturner5107 ammo is very talented and when it’s all said and done for him he will be inspiring for people who want to start sports late. I think he started boxing at 21/22.
On the other hand truck has been boxing since a young kid and went to the olympics. He’s still only 21 verses 25 (ammo). I would still bet on Truck winning now if they fought and the longer time goes on, the more I see the gap increasing between them.
I think Ammo will win atleast one world title but I see Truck being king at middleweight in the future.

Truth. Has the drive, and I like his stance and footwork, but he needs more than he's getting. Also, Williams was winded as fight wore on and a few times when he seemed to punch himself out temporarily, but Douglin couldn't take advantage most of those times as he was tiring too.

We learned two things from this fight about Ammo, he can take a big punch and he needs to learn how to put people away with big shots when they're hurt instead of spazzing out on them

I’m a casual when it comes to boxing, love that DAZN puts out free fights occasionally & highlights after PPVs so quick. I’ve liked what I’ve seen from Ammo so far, so I’m glad he got the win, but I didn’t care for his “easy work” comments after.

I think the biggest separation between the two is iq and patience. Ammo always jumps in throwing flurries when he hurts his opponent.

Both of these fighters are great warriors , both surrvived punches that would of laid out alot of other fighters, even though I liked Amo's fighting style and speed better.

Needs patience, incorporate head movement and to pick his shots
Williams clearly takes a lot from Spence, his body work is great and he works it inside in the same as Spence. He has great speed and athleticism but he could defiantly use his jab more, it would have kept Douglin at distance better and he doesn't need to use it as a weapon (although he should), it would just tighten up his defence a lot if his opponent thought they would get a jab to the face every time they came forward.
Ammo need to tuck that chin and use that jab. So much talent. Almost a shame he didn’t spend more time in the ammys to develop. Still a little too soon for a fight versus Fowler. His power can be an equalizer in the fight but he can’t take clean power punches to the chin like he did last night from just anybody. Solid win though 👌🏾
He reminds me of Shawn Porter style of fighting Austin Williams. Respect for DennisDouglas.🥊

He smothers his work and allot of wasted punches. And he's gotta get that Cardo together! He's going to have trouble with better competition in a 12 round fight if he doesn't! I hope this let's him know he needs a little more experience before the big leap. If he rushes his career he'll lose like Yarde did to Kovalev just purely off fatigue. About 5 more tune up fights and the kid will have the goods. And these are the fights he needs. Someone who he has to put them power punches together to get the ko. Congrats Ammo! Texas is with you!
Easy work for williams. He didn't struggle at all and rocked dougling twice. he trow more, and landed more power shots and cleaner ones aswell. I give douglin not one round.

My unprofessional opinion… Austin’s chin is high, but he’s very sharp and very well trained.
Unless you murk somebody in the early rounds, you shouldn’t be yellin easy work IMHO.

Ammo is definitely still a prospect. Round 5 he got caught with some shots he shouldn’t have. Round 7 he got caught in between shots because he was overly aggressive
Williams needs to learn to slow down! All those flash punches mean nothing if you gas put before your opponent. Also, Williams may be a prospect but his performance here shows he isn't ready for championship fighters like Andrade and Charlo.

denis has a left shoulder problem ... trust .. if you pay attention he cant let his left hand cross go .... from my personal experience i had two sholder surgeries ... this man is just fighting for a check his shoulder is beyond repair
If Denis just had people that believe in him early, He would have been a world champion. I hope he can still prove himself, 28 years old, he's still very young. I can't wait to see Denis fight again! That's heart in the ring!!!!!!!

Disappointed in douglin in this fight. The competition he’s faced in the past should’ve gave him a edge. At least he gets a home cooked meal from mama when he gets home.
Williams shouldn't be mad he's not getting shine...he's nice but he needs to work on his power...his fights aren't as exciting on this level as they could be...he's incredibly technical and shows he knows distance but at the same time he gives up too much distance sometimes and ends up getting hit unnecessarily...His power so far is questionable...he's not as technical as a Shakur Stevenson or Devin Haley and certainly not as powerful and exciting as a Lopez or Davis so if he lands in the middle he should expect middle of the road attention until he improves.
