Hello, why an ethereal items is good if i cant repair it? is there a way to remove the durability? thanks!
They can be put on mercenaries which don’t need to repair or you can put a Zod Rune in it to make it indestructible which doesn’t require repairs. There’s also a possibility it could spawn with the ability to repair itself if is magic or rare I think.
Also ethereal spawns with a 50% higher base damage or base defense depending on if it’s a weapon or armor.

You can't have rare ring with life leech + mana leech + str + dex like on 11:44 - only 3 prefixes + 3 suffixes on rares. Dual leech + str + dex are 4 suffixes.
