Technically, Gastly wasn’t “unused” because he was in brimstone when Gengar first appeared, Gengar starts off as Gastly, then he has Gengar’s face, but Haunter’s silhouette, and finally, it actually becomes Gengar, so I’m happy that those concepts weren’t just made for nothing 😊😊

What a shame that scrapped concepts didn't make it to the game I will admit I really wish the Hypno's lullaby didn't not get canceled because of cancel culture as for the concepts they look pretty awesome.
