- Funkin' Lullaby returns! After nearly a full year of production version two boasts over triple the content from it's original release. Today I'm going to cover the main story weeks of the mod, then come back to cover the plethora of bonus stuff. Let's get into it!

For a cancelled build this actually looks more finished than it can ever be. All of the amazing songs and art that they planned to do is in the mod as well as the remasters of Safety Lullaby and Left Unchecked. Even the shop is all finished. The only things that are missing are some cutscenes and animations such as the "Am I a joke to you" animation for Isotope and some others as well as the gallery and some other things in the menu.
Seeing as this was planned to be released on Halloween, it would be pretty bad if everything wasn't done with only 2 weeks before the deadline.

There's so much missing. Most of it was finished but there's tons of missing songs and unfinished animations and secrets.
@@CowKirbo The only missing songs are the songs that troll you if you played the leaked build, and cheated (which was removed bc of the creator of it leaving)
The unfinished animations are the ending to insomnia and frostbite's game over/ending (i believe they were the same) the other "unfinished animations" are some game overs that exist but were never implemented, meaning with some time anyone can implement them.
Overall not too much missing, just stuff that the coder who polished up the cancelled build a) couldn't finish or b) weren't able to get their hands on.
Ten days left then some small drama happen, Twitter is the magnet drama and FNF community is also a magnet drama and leaking, cancelled, toxicity community. Rest in peace Hypno's Lullaby.
I'm pretty sure the drama happen WAY before 10 days ago.
You don't have a whole team quit a project right at the finish line over something bad that only had a few days to fester.
Banbuds said a Really bad word in a discord vc and now twitter flips their shit because of something that happened like 3 months ago

I just want to say that Death Toll is easily my favorite song in this mod. Hell Bell’s ringing is just so satisfying to me.

The end part of Girlfriend’s solo in Lost Cause is a Dad Battle reference and when Bf would kick in during that song, Hypno does his scream

4:49 Little fun fact for you: You might know this already, but part where “Freakachu” (yes, that’s its name in the Pokédex entry for the mod) bursts out of Gold’s chest that you mentioned earlier is also used in the game over if you lose to Red.
omg thank god you're making another part of this! I was gonna ask if you could explain some of the other songs cuz this mod had a LOT of lore and stuff unpack.
I didn't know there was drama about this mod, and I didn't follow the development process at all, so when I saw this video in my recommendations I thought it was some fan-mod based on the original Hypno's Lullaby, until some of my friends mentioned how sad/mad they are about this mod having been cancelled.
That's when I decided to take a look at the full thing, and oh my god is it fantastic. I already loved the original mod and to see how the story continues was amazing.
And of course seeing so many more references and other creepypastas in the freeplay menu, I definitely remember Buried Alive very well and LOVE the cute Pokemon sprites they made for Gengar and Muk!
The Pokedex sprites are also really awesome, this mod is/was fantastic and I'm also really sad to see it being cancelled just a few days before it actually released man, why does this always happen..

3:48 this I have an issue with, frostbite generally doesn't cause Limbs to be Fall off, or body Dislocation, it just Kills just Skin since it can't get oxygen, since the blood isn't getting through, so more realistcly the pokemon would die of lack of oxygen their bodies fully Pale and Black, a small pieces of them missing but most of their body is still intact. Gold/Blake Presents it Best.
Hypo added something else that caught My interest to this, instead of Frostbite being the reason, Freakachu was more likely
culprit as Reds original Ace, and now Manic from it's Lonelyness and Starvation it attacks whatever it finds, so Blake's pokemon were assasinated.
how about frostbite + intense hail (like in the fangame of Snow on MT. silver)
in the fan game it's VERY hard to see the screen because of snow or hail which is inside the mountain somehow (i say curses)
That or frostbite in extreme conditions end up in amputation, hence why the limbs are cut off

@@zenodagraph freakachu probably ate/used pain split to bite chunks from Gold and his pokemon (as seen from the small hole burrowed in one of the pokemon in the background)

4:51 that one is actually the Game over, though I'm not sure if the end cutscene is just incomplete or intentionally left to perspective.
I'm glad how much work is added in, and damn, no wonder why mod development would be difficult...

We still have Wednesdays Infidelity, Mario Madness, and Mic of Time (Ben Drowned) but thats all now. Also Wednesdays Infidelity was almost canceled due to all the leaks but they just decided to release it early instead.

weirdly, i accidentally did see the unfinished cutscene of freakchu coming out of gold, only once in the game for some reason.
edit: i actually somehow got missingno to appear by using the normal method, but instead by doing in on the story select menu (i started playing 4 hours after community game made their video on it)

I knew some of these facts EXEPT Alexis, and now I’m even more sad, like, she seems to be a child! Either way, I’m sad this is another beautiful mod that’s been canceled, but at least we’ve got the king to talk about it

Monochrome IS based off of the "Lost Silver" creepypasta but I'm pretty sure Frostbite was just added in because it's similar. It still doesn't tie in with each other its just there because they're both based off of the same generation of Pokemon games

It wasn't leaked they released it because it was cancelled
There was a leaked build months ago due to small drama I think. They released the final build but still unfinished however, they add some stuffs that where missing from the mod. Gamebanana took down the original cancelled build and it was moved to Mediafire since it's gone.

The Pokémon tower is in Lavender Town, it’s just called Lavender Tower because that’s where the tower is located.

Sadly it got canceled but this was so much better than I thought it would be I stayed away from the leaks and saw one because it was a trojan video with the leak it was the buried alive one but this was so much and it was so good
there was an unused/unfinished Insomnia ending where Silver would tear open his face and command his Feraligator to kill BF. This implies that during Monochrome, BF is dead.
Actually frostbite insomnia and monochrome in 2 week makes sense there was a remake of lost silver with the faceless silver and snow on mt silver in there.

The mod got a small update which has the full version 2.
I am a lot more of a Pokémon fan than FNF fan(not really a fan at all), but it was a shame to see this mod go to waste a little. And as a Pokémon fan I really did enjoy watching the references to Pokémon and its creepypastas from other people's vidoes, and the mechanics such as the pendulum game from the Snore War in Pokémon stadium and the Unown translating. I shouldn't be too surprised because I heard FNF does not have a good community surrounding it at all. I occasionally hear lots of drama from FNF every once in a while, but if there is anything I know about popular indie game communities(Like the Minecraft and Undertale/Deltarune communities for instance), it's that indie games get really popular, then they get a toxic community, then everyone leave and forgot about the game, but then a few years later their communities become much better. So maybe I'll give FNF a visit again someday when I stop hearing anything about it at all like I did with Minecraft and Undertale/Deltarune.
I honestly hate how good mods get canceled. I mean it’s hard work and these sh*tty people can’t stop leaking some drama. Like I get if it’s bad, but if was months ago and wasn’t so bad, then it’s fine. But no. Some b*tches had to bring it up. I honestly am starting to hate the fnf community. I don’t hate the mods and all, but I hate the people who make it worse. Now let’s talk about hypno. Hypno is really good and the songs were really good. It doesn’t even feel considered to be unfinished. I really like frostbite. It’s such a good song and good mechanics. The fact that it makes u use resources at times. Really sad it was cancelled. But good thing a build was uploaded.

4:47 nothing in monochrome suggested this, as the stories just happen to use the same main character, not really Related in much more, unless the mod made it so, which again nothing in Monochrome suggest what happend in Frostbite.
