There is actually one other thing missing, to my knowledge, when Purin turns to face the camera and sing in reverse, the notes are supposed to be coming out in reverse as well, starting from where they're hit and then moving the opposite direction they normally would. It was really freaky, someone else managed to make it.

pretty sure that's just misdrevus wouldn't make sense for everyone else to be normal pokemon and then a wild flutter mane, especially because flutter mane didn't exist by the time these mod was in production.

Hence the zombie pokémon, and the skulls of the children inside Jigglypuff.

Read the wiki(idk if it's reliable) but it said that this nurse joy wasn't very good at her job, so pokemon under her care would die, this led to the nurse hanging herself. The jigglypuff figured this out and now is trying to keep her alive with the souls of children, the jigglypuff also is trying to ressurect the other pokemon with it. (The jigglypuff is said to have this weird zombie virus that made it ressurect itself.)
ghost pokemon and actual ghosts aren't exactly the same thing, ghost pokemon are for the most part just pokemon that happen to be very similar to human ideas of ghosts
