Her book is by far the best finance book (audiobook) I have listened to in the past 4 years. Most repeat what the others say. Kristy had new and exciting ideas on how to become financially stable and retire early. I can not wait to put some of these ideas into action!

Those 4 minutes were more guiding than any typical fire or fad mindset video I’ve seen. gratefulness is deeply undervalued.

I really liked her book. Very down to earth. I highly recommend it.

Great book. Best I can understand is it was her father that pulled that family out of the dump hole. Outstanding father

But how did she do it?

She wrote a book to explain that exact question! Because becoming a millionaire takes longer to explain than a 3 min RUclips video?

@@PlayingwithFIREco I realized that by reading the description! Could have plugged the book in the video though 🤷‍♀️ thanks, though! I've requested the audiobook from Libby 👍

They also have a blog at www.millennial-revolution.com. Essentially, her and her husband were engineers and worked extremely hard for a decade or so, then have since tailored their lifestyle to minimize costs (mainly by "geoarbitrage").

What is this nonsense? She earned the money by WORKING. She is just lucky that today working in IT gives you a lot of money.
