This is the best recipe. However, I did not have Littleneck Clams but did have Cherrystone. The grill was occupied so I cooked the clams on the stove. I followed the recipe ingredients but added hot pepper flakes. Served the clams in a bowl with lots of bread to soak up the broth. Heaven!
Those grilled clams, looks really good.
I haven't had clams in a while and I like the 2nd recipe.
Now all I need is some good clams.
Thanks for sharing.
Those clams look great
How are these grilled? They appeared to be steamed.
Sean Berger Seymour! The house is on fire!
They're not even steamed. They're boiled. steamed would be sitting in a basket over water with a lid. Anyway, sorry for being a word nazi.
@YouMake MeReal No they are cooked in a pot. Mine go right on the grill grate, that's grilling! Just because the heat source is the grill doesn't make them grilled.
Well technically they were cooked outside ON the grill LOL
Nice clam
I love grilling clams, way to expensive to buy them here in Texas though. I really liked the second method.
Check out your local Asian market if you have one accessible. Make sure they are already over ice and ask for clams that are still closed NOT open. Normally, here in Houston, they are not too expensive.
@@ugott3668 yea if there open they are dead . Never buy open clams , I live in midcoast maine grew up digging them .
Im hungry
Sir i hvae to say i love your personality and accnet says injoy life....🙏👌
I tried steaming the clams and they were chewy and rubbery, will try grilling next time and see.

Get rid of those nasty tomatoes and it looks perfect lol
