Paul West visits a kingfish farm that's using cryogenic freezing to lock in taste, texture and aroma as if the fish were fresh.

I never compared fresh food to frozen food. This has been informative.
I wish that we could get more info on how they harvest the fish in the most gentle way compared to the most unpleasant way. I always thought that the fish would be stressed no matter what.
would have liked to see slow frozen vs fast frozen vs fresh
Now do this with wild caught
So wheres all the blood come from? These fish are killed off camera and then sent down the shoots and slides.
There bled when caught
ABC doing ads now ?
they feed them wheat and corn!!! which means they have "round up "in it!! not good
What exactly is in the fish food? This and chemicals/pharmaceuticals used are why I do NOT consume "farm-raised fish". Remember Mad Cow? That's where it came from.
Invented in Australia? Wow big claim.

Depends what you consider invented means.
Refrigeration by cool room and chemical means have been known for a very long time.
A patent recognises an invention, he patented one of the first industrial mechanical refrigeration systems. This led directly to proper beer via a few false starts with English 'beer'.
There wasn't much point splitting the beer atom if there wasn't a way to chill it.
Having split the beer atom Young Albert then went on to complete the circle and develop a refrigeration system with no moving parts. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Einstein_refrigerator
Currant status of Australia says don't follow Australia
poisonous fish when farmed, feed them wrong type food !!
What's the point of wearing a mask if you're not going to cover your nose?
I think that they are not really masks, as we know them. These things are probably beard nets to prevent beard hairs from falling down.
[edit: I did a search, and sure enough, I was correct; search.yahoo.com/yhs/search;_ylt=AwrWjWLclZ9ei1IAqCIPxQt.;_ylu=X3oDMTBzMmhnYjE4BGNvbG8DZ3ExBHBvcwMxBHZ0aWQDBHNlYwNxcnc-?hspart=Opera&hsimp=yhs-Opera_14mobile&fr=yhs-Opera-Opera_14mobile&ei=UTF-8&p=beard+net&fr2=12642]
