Sit up, count your strides, look over the fence not down at it, keep your leg supportive on the horse's side and try to go with the movement! Hopefully your instructor will be of more help... Have fun :D xx

+Becky Montgomerie I make that three questions - lol ;-) I use a elasticated helmet strap to attach my GoPro (it easily pings off if you hit your head which is more safe than the stick on mounts that don't budge). I got mine from Ebay very cheaply. And yes I am in and from the UK (I live in Oxford but was born in the North West - hence my silly accent).
