@@FinespunCakes I have no doubt about. You show a lot of experience and love for what you do! I'm a dentist, 70 years old, and making cakes for my family and my grandchildren love so much because they don't know anything about perfection.lol
Love this! Beautiful and festive. I've been making sugared cranberries every year for the past couple years and I end up eating so many that my tongue starts to feel sore from the tartness 😂 They're so addicting tho!
I have a bag of frozen cranberries…can I use them? As I am asking, I figure I could possibly thaw them and then use. I wasn’t sure if you or anyone else have tried using the frozen berries and what the results were? I love this technique, being a knitter I am so intrigued ❤
Sugared rosemary, that's so clever! How long in advance can you prepare them, are they also a couple of days? And are they ok to leave out of the fridge, since no one is eating them?
This looks beautiful! I’ve been practicing piping, but I feel like the frosting always gets too soft from my hands holding the frosting bag and it’s not as crisp looking as yours (I’m also an amateur). Any suggestions on how to keep the frosting from going too soft resulting in a sloppy-looking design? Thanks!
Hi Amanda, some people have warmer hands than others! Once you get a bit faster that will help. I've seen people keep an ice pack nearby to cool their hands off a bit before handling the bag. And finally be sure to wipe off your piping tip between each line so it doesn't muddle the shape.
I've never tried it so I couldn't say, let me know if you do! You wouldn't have to soak them overnight, just toss in simple syrup, drain and roll in sugar.
So pretty!
Gorgeous!!!
Beautiful ❤

I'm not sure about frozen! I've never tried. If they get juicy once defrosted I don't think it would work. If they stay firm it should be okay.

I'm not sure how they'll last out of the fridge, they may start to wilt. But in the fridge you can keep them for at least 4-5 days.
Can you tell me what cake pan that is? With the cranberries and sugar
It's an 8" square cake pan from Crown Cookware.
