Is it possible to configure the Cetus X like this one with 3 speed modes (For better indoor flight, it is too sensitive for indoor flight for me)? If possible can you show us how?

I dont know if betaflight supports the 3 speed mode for the cetus X as the cetus pro in this video is using BetaFPV software. I will look into and upload a video if i found something.
For now, you can adjust the rates lower to bring the speed down.

I have bought BetaFPV Cetus Light kit
Tried to fly it. Drone takes off and flies away in same direction all the time. I have totally no control over it. I can only control when it takes off and that's it.
    What a junk :(
Well, what else could I have got for $130 :D

I share your dilemma as well. FPV drones are generally harder to control compare to a camera drone. The Cetus lite should have built-in optical flow and angle mode to kind of” off set” the hard controls, but it will still drift around due to not having GPS to lock it in place. To get an all in one kit at $130 the Cetus lite might still be your best bet. Or try looking for Apex or Emax, but the result should be somewhat similar.
