When I checked the total cost for the renovation, it was almost 1M already, not to mention the equipment and other things to soup up the place. Monthly rent and employee compensation will be around 200k per month. Now, I'm looking for ways to reach our sales to 300k-400k per month to cover all these expenses and have a little profit. I've been studying the market and saw a saturated market, but I'm positive that marketing will play a big role in our success.

It is a matter of thinking a better marketing strategy and additional income streams from the coffee shop, even if it's already saturated per se. If there's no competitors, hindi na balance ang supply and demand sa market.
