Reading the reviews saying not cheap of course the dessert won't be cheap that's slot of work for individual cakes. I know the price would be worth trying them 😆
What do they do with the scrap cake from the processes, for example, @7:56 -- do they put those in little cups with whipped cream and chocolate sauce and sell them as "trifles" or something like that?
That first red jelly must’ve killed the chefs arm trying to make each the same level. That must’ve been exhausting. Then so many flavors and components. Green tea(?) on the cake base that has almond flour. Then probably the one they microwaved that looked like gooey cement (lol) was peach puree(?) With what seems like whipped cream, italian meringue and with additional gelatin that had to have a specific temperature? So many shapes and molds. Wow. Im in awe. I wish i could taste one of these masterpieces.
The fact that in these videos they usually scrape out every single drop of ingredient out of a container adds to the satisfaction...

When you're working by weight it's important.
We do because that's part of the recipe the amount is weighed for everything baking is science.
That’s why I use spatulas for cooking. For almost everything. I even have a special drawer for them. Yes. I’m neurotic.
