Adult Gap Year- Vietnam Part 1 Ho Chi Minh City and Da Nang (August/September 2024)

After a bit of a traumatic start to my Vietnam adventures ready to spend the next month exploring this country that has also been on my bucket list for a while. I love Vietnamese food so I hope you're not hungry when you're watching this video because it's filled with so many different Vietnamese foods that I tried for the first time (usually I always order pho at home). Started off this trip visiting Ho Chi Minh City (Saigon) where I walked down the cute book street, sent a postcard from the central post office, tried vietnamese coffee and celebrated National Day on September 2. Then I flew into Da Nang and absolutely loved my time here. I stayed at Halina Hotel and it may be the best value accommodation I've stayed at this whole trip. I ended up extending my stay and spend many days enjoying the rooftop pool, beach and steam room. Da nang is right by the ocean so I had a yummy seafood meal at the night market and watched the amazing Dragon Bridge show!
