I'm so excited about this! I've enjoyed the sound of the Relab LX480 BUT… there are just too many dang controls! I can't spend that much time just do dial in a reverb sound. This looks intuitive, easy to dial, and most importantly sounds every bit as real as the LX480. Kudos!
Can't wait to actually use this and really hear it in action. Only so much one can tell form example videos, but the "480" (which I think i'm safe in assuming is an emulation of the Lexicon reverb of the same number) sounds spot on to my ears. The tail sounds so much like the 480s I have used in the past. Not sure what the other reverbs they have emulated are. I'm hoping there is a bricastti setting in there.
This is really great, but I feel it lacks the tweaking abilities of all those models. As an M7 owner I would freak, if I couldn't dive deep and get the exact sound I heard in my head. I think this is an amazing start and very affordable!!
the test if a quality reverb is a single snare hit.You can hear the ADSR of the reverb this way. Particularly the release phase, it can quickly reveal the quality. And by what I hear, it sounds as tinny as most plugin reverbs. Slate has some other dope plugins though. Go listen to a hardware lexicon reverb if you don't believe me ;)

yet another crappy 2 dimensional algorithm VST junk. you will never come close to 80s hardware reverbs that created 3 dimension space.convolution reverbs are the only way you can come close thanks to sampled pulses from real hardware.
WV591 Verbsuite uses fusion impulse convolution technology. So not only does it sample the actual reverbs, but it recreates the modulating tails as well which is responsible for the dimension. Thanks for playing

What software reverb do you recommend?

Yes, you can. Just use the Mix-knob to adjust how much of it you would like to add. :)
