PRO_TIP - get a couple of large carabiner clips and hang the small basket off the front of the cart.
Just maybe some people are non responsive because they don't live with their phones in their hands, and they have someone shopping for them because they are busy. Why get the ice cream so early on? melted by the time you check out

Even though they were non responsive I always just replace if there’s another adequate replacement. The only time I don’t replace if there’s flavors being involved
You 2 doing in the instacart orders makes me want to do instacart again as a shopper. Even though I know there's frustration dealing with no customer response and sometimes with low quantities of what the customer ordered, seeing you communicate with the customer, seeing the scroll on the side of the screen (screenshot) and doing the sound effects makes me smile. Love your videos!

Do your replacements! Don't over think it, especially if they unresponsive. You've NEVER gotten dinged for it so so do your thing and replace the item!

Yes it's makes sense to replace it. Only dog or cat food I won't unless they say. Pets can be extremely picky. But it moves things along quickly. Love watching y'all. Fun!!
I always start with the hope that the customer will respond.... so the first missing item is the test. No response on the first text then the rest of the way just pick the best possible replacement or refund.

I started a triple batch with 38% battery one day (I know stupid!) and I was down to 3% by the time I got done 😅. I need a portable charger.

Triples only worth it to me if $80 or more. They usually have one person that doesn't tip or tips like $2 and it is another chance for issues with the order.
I love shopping for myself when I do Instacart. I love shopping at Costco so it isn't bad to do a batch with my own order.
Y'all have definitely solidified the fact I will never except a triple batch . Doubles are ok,, but I have never and will never do a triple . LOL Thank you , and Happy new year

I did the instacart a few days ago because I got an email saying if I did four batches I can get $100 so what I did was take the smallest patches I can find mostly they were CVS and one Food Lion

Our Publix recently had a BOGO on Publix chicken. For a solid week it was crazy and then at the end ppl couldn't get the chicken and wouldn't respond and of course....here comes the low rating! Luckily they were removed. IC needs to implement a rule that if you are rating anything under 5 you need a reason! Some of these people are just ridiculous. I try to be respectful to the customer and if they do not have a replacement listed I'll inform them that their item is unavailable and I'll send a pic of a good replacement. They usually respond and if not I refund. I'm not going to guess on a replacement for them. There has to be a suggested replacement (which they choose) and not the stupid possible replacements (the IC suggest)
I'm personally a picky brand person so for a shopper to just replace without my approval would tick me off. I remember one year I wanted some meat (can't remember) and I'm glad I caught it because they replaced it with something that was 75$! I think it was prime rib and I'll usually do 3 ribs but they did like half a dang cow. LOL
If the customer is picky and unresponsive, then they need to pick replacements or request a refund ahead of time.

The reason I don't do instacart no more unless it's maybe a couple items that's it it's like the supply issue makes you pull your hair out it's just too much stress I don't want to do all that kind of stuff
Great video guys. Do you find that the last Instacart customer gets annoyed waiting for their order? That's what I've always heard with triples but I've never seen a triple in my area.
Not that I know of. We havent had any hits on our ratings.

FYI ... when you do double or especially triple batches take 3 bags in the store marked ABC. Less confusion and label your bags the same way when you bag them.
