Have a look into intermittent fasting and how to do a fast properly and safely. The body can cleanse itself if it is given time to rid itself of toxins instead of having to constantly work on digesting. Then you can follow that up with eating clean and avoiding foods that are mentioned in this video. Intermittent fasting has helped me so much.

Based on what I understand, the etiology of asthma is still unclear, but it is hypothesized to be a combination of toxin exposure, autoimmune, and autonomic nervous imbalance, which leads to the narrowing of certain parts of the bronchial tree, restricting the ability of air to get into the lungs and causing an obstructive lung disease which can lead to COPD.

It should be noted that another idea in Terrain theory is that pathogenicity only occurs when an imbalance exists. The idea is that viruses and etc actually work WITH our bodies when it is in balance.

This does not hold water at all. It’s inconsistent all around. Okay first things first, Enderlein and Bechamp’s theories were disproven and in addition to that, Enderlein didn’t even talk about so called opportunistic pathogens, he states everybody has harmless “particles” in themselves and in certain conditions those become harmful pathogens. Moreover, making immune system as strong as possible isn’t a good idea, look at all autoimmune diseases. Those are at core too strong responses of immune system, who attacks its own body. Another thing that destroys terrain theory is the fact the microzyma or stomatid doesn't follow the rules of genetics. Bechamp and other terrain theory supporters claim all microbes under the sun are one species. This means that the different microbes we see from bacteria to fungi to multicellular parasites (that one is debated but for argument sake I'll include it) are just phases in its lifecycle much like how a caterpillar changes to a butterfly. Now if we look at what it means to be one species genetically speaking we will see a massive problem. To be one species ALL organisms must share at least 99.6 %+ of their total genetic sequence with each other. Yet if we run any basic DNA test we can easily see 0 matches between these organisms.

    Logical questions to ask:
Where did the first species of each dis-ease causing entity come from?
If a single particle can make us sick while we are complete healthy, what chance do we have while we are ill and the particle has multiplied many times?
Symptoms happen yearly because the body, on a cyclical basis, is signaled to dump mass stored toxins. This occurs at the cellular level. Climate/seasonal changes bring about humidity and temperature changes which increase bioactive functions of cells, through moisture and/or oxygen absorption. These biochemical signals cause cells to release stored toxins-it is cellular processes being maintained through cell survival mechanisms; a sort of house cleaning. Bacterium also increases during colder months, as they flourish in the blood due to a lowered bodily temperature. When they proliferate, they feed upon debris in the tissue and blood.
When they consume such matter, they excrete it into a utilizable form for white blood cells and other cleansing cells, such as phagocytes, to further eliminate and or recycle for use by the body. The body discards 90% of toxins through the skin. The rest expel via the bowels, mouth, and mucus membranes. Depending upon the toxicity and nature of those substances, parasites or fungus may be utilized to help break them down. But when substances are too toxic for these living microbial agents to consume without dying, a non-living agent must be created by the body as a last resort.
We may observe the Illusion of Viral Activity, because all living organisms-be they plants, or animals-function with biological clocks alongside nature. When trees blossom, it is because temperature and climatic changes are causing that tree to produce fruit. In the microlevel of the body, the same is true. The body is the microcosm of the outer macrocosm (universe) we observe.
A person may experience viral or bacterial detoxifications regularly if they continually toxify their body. Even in healthy people, we can expect to have mild colds every so often. Bacterial colds are necessary to help us break down toxins we may have picked up from air, food, or water sources. They also serve to strengthen the overall body.
Immune system is a misnomer, it is actually our lymphatic system/clean up crew--you do not catch illness, your body creates dis-ease to regulate homeostasis.
There is more intelligence in a single subconscious human body than all the conscious human minds combined.

The virus, in almost all cases, never
      'attacks' healthy tissue. The only
circumstances this would occur is when
metal is embedded in areas such as the
spinal column-such as in polio. In this
case, it is unavoidable that viruses
dissolve healthy tissue in order to
      engulf and remove metallic toxicity
embedded within the tissue. It is an
illusion that viruses are attacking the
      tissue.
The body never attacks itself. There
is a reason for everything occurring in
the body, and it is always a way for the
      body to mitigate or short-circuit
      damage being caused by toxicity.
The cells in a particular area
intelligently produce viruses if they are
needed. There are usually only two
strains of a virus being utilized at any
given time. The reason for this is
because, once again, the body must
regulate its processes. Any more, and
the situation would become out of
      control and unregulated.
Why don't we catch cancers or
hepatitis from others since they claim
these diseases are viral caused? What
      makes one virus airborne and
      contagious but another not?
In the 1950s, it was commonly
thought that cancers were 'catching on'
like wildfire, and many thought of them
as contagious. This is a prime example
of the illusion of disease and of nature
itself. Disease by its very nature is
prone to illusion; hard to pinpoint, and
      complex. Therefore, disease can be
      confusing and the unknown breeds
mystery. In this way, disease can be
exploited by those in power and used
      against man.
      Since disease, including viruses,
follows this pattern of illusion, it is,
      therefore, easy to convince someone
that something is contagious. But in
fact, there is no such thing as
      contagious disease. Only ideas are
      contagious.
      Humans are self-contained
      biochemical beings, and their disease
      begins from within-not from without.
Disease has many complex causes, and
it was the doctrine of modern medicine
that made the life of doctors easier. No
longer was disease complex and hard to
determine, but was caused by viruses
and bacteria. The Germ Theory arose.
Therefore, nature itself took the blame,
and man was no longer responsible for
his or her own actions. Instead, the

@Mike Smith, several months into Convid, Tom Barnett made a video for his frightened friends titled "Can You Catch a Virus"?
It went viral😉and banned. He is a wealth of knowledge including law. When asking questions in science, biology classes (in high
school & college) he knew much taught was BS.
He explains Terrain Theory & why ppl often "detox by flu & colds simultaneously".
I don't believe viruses are airborne or contagious either but we communicate on a cellular level.
(when women live & work together, menstrual periods often synchronize. One example of communication, this one caused by pheromones)
He studied work by Rudolph Steiner, Viktor Schauberger & many others.
Btw, VS knew the memory capabilities of water, working as a forester he learned from studying nature (but I digress).

STERILIZATION can be used to keep milk much longer time without rotting unlike pasteurization but it destroys the nutrients in it. RAW MILK surely contains bacteria in it. but they do not cause any harm. but some people get stomach problems their first time drinking it. but the immune system get used to it. have u seen AFRICAN TRIBES heat up their milk before drinking? their immune systems get stronger the more they combine with nature. but this terrain theory is bullshit.

That has always been true until this past 10 years. Now you cannot buy ANY wheat or corn product, non-GMO, Organic, makes no difference that is not deadly as all corporate farms and nearly all independent farms are using Glyphosate for a drying agent. Eating corn or wheat you may as well buy insecticide for your drink.

I don't think Bechamp said that, but he might have. BTW, what "pathogens" are you referring to, since you're a proponent of terrain theory? I would guess toxins. Best not to confuse with such terms. Terrain theory makes perfect practical sense, the toxicity of the environment is what causes sickness not a non living foreign body introducing this supposed viral code. Which brings me to Toxemia, toxic blood or tissue, every ailment or sickness is simply a different manifestation of toxemia and the chosen method by the body for which to remove these toxins. itis is simply the inflammation caused by the expelling of these toxins through an organ like the bronchi hence the term bronchitis and all the other itis suffixed ailments. The medical term for a runny nose is rhinorrhea, rrhea simply means flow or discharge, and it is the expelling of these toxins in a liquid form.

Can anyone explain Bio Weapons Laboratories in terms of the Terrain model? Anthrax Smallpox etc.

    • @Drew-qs2wk
      @Drew-qs2wk 3 года назад

Any case of smallpox or aerosolized anthrax is a mandatory report to the CDC as a category A bioterrorism event. You can read more about bioterrorism categories at several sources, including cdc.gov, but category A agents are: easily spread from person to person, result in high mortality rates and have the potential for major public health impact, might cause public panic and social disruption, AND require special action for public health preparedness.
Category A agents are the following:
      - Anthrax (Bacillus anthracis) in aerosolized form. This is a normal soil bacteria closely related to the harmless Bacillus subtilis (the main bacteria involved in the preparation of natto, a kind of fermented whole soybean typically consumed as a breakfast food in Japan and believed to be a probiotic). B. anthracis skin infections are relatively common in gardeners (though still considered rare, anthrax skin infections account for 95% of cases and do not represent bioterrorism) and do not always result in severe infections (mortality 20%). Aerosolized B. anthracis must be prepared in a laboratory and causes a deadly lung infection with a very high mortality/death rate (80%). Recall the 2001 anthrax bioterrorism attacks.
      - Botulism toxin is a protein made by the bacterium Clostridium botulinum. The effects of botulism toxin (or Botox, as the product is called in the treatment or prevention of facial wrinkles for cosmetic benefit) are to block the release of acetylcholine (Ach) from axon nerve endings at the neuromuscular junction (NMJ). Ach is the chemical your nerves use to tell your muscles to contract, by binding to its receptor on a muscle cell and leading to a cascade of events that raises intracellular calcium, which allows actin and myosin to use ATP to shorten their length. By blocking the release of Ach, Botox prevents muscles from contracting, resulting in “flaccid paralysis.” This is contrasted by tetanus, which causes a “rigid paralysis.” (By the way, there is a vaccine against tetanus called TDaP, which the CDC recommends renewing every 10 years. It can save your life.) Botox therapy works by preventing certain facial muscles from contracting, which prevents wrinkles in the forehead, around the eyes, and around the mouth and lips, for people who desire this relatively inexpensive cosmetic therapy. The danger is that if a larger amount gets into your system, it can paralyze the respiratory diaphragm, leading to respiratory arrest and sudden death. Botox can survive the pH extremes and proteases of the stomach and small intestine, which means botulism toxin poses a threat even if it is ingested with food. Improperly canned foods are the main way Americans can get botulism, although it may pose a threat in raw honey to infants and the elderly. A bioterrorist attack of botulism would probably target key figures and be traceable to an event or food item laced with the toxin.
      - Bubonic plague (yes, that one) caused by Yersenia pestis is endemic in certain types of rodents and other small mammals, and it is transmissible to humans through flea bites. There are outbreaks of plague in various parts of the United States, but Y. pestis has low resistance to modern antibiotics, but it is highly contagious and deadly in its pneumonic phase and requires hospital admission. The major threat of plague is overwhelming the healthcare system with too many patients. We have actually seen a reduction of hospitals in the United States over the past several decades, especially in rural and inner-city locations where more people have lower social or economic status, however, the passing of the Affordable Care Act has had a measurable effect to decrease hospital closures, and one of the goals of further reform of healthcare financing is to extend healthcare access in the communities who have lost their regional or local hospitals. The COVID-19 pandemic has highlighted the weakness of having too few hospitals with too few people who are trained to treat people with acute, life-threatening conditions.
      - Smallpox is a disease caused by a virus which has been completely eliminated (eradicated) by vaccination. The last smallpox outbreak in the USA was in 1949, and the last known case of smallpox in the world was in 1977 in eastern Africa. In 1980, the World Health Organization declared smallpox, a disease which has existed for at least 3,000 years according to records obtained from Egypt, a disease which English colonists weaponized against Native North Americans, a disease which Dr. Edward Jenner made the first Western vaccine against (China and Native Americans had versions of vaccines centuries before) by observing that milkmaids were less likely to get infected with smallpox, this disease which had killed millions, was finally and completely eradicated. Any single case of smallpox is considered a health emergency and evidence of bioterrorism. The United States and Russia have maintained samples of smallpox (for what reason I have no clue), although it remains unknown whether other countries obtained samples of smallpox virus during the chaos surrounding the fall of the USSR in the late 1980s and early 1990s.
      - Tularemia is a disease caused by Francisella tularensis. It is relatively rare, with only a hundred or so cases each year in the United States. It is mostly reported in the Midsouth region of the United States, but cases have been reported from almost every state. It is mostly acquired in the summer months, and appears to have a bimodal age distribution, with young children acquiring tularemia about as much as middle aged adults (40-60). Boys and girls are roughly equally likely (7:6) to get tularemia in the younger statistical mode, but in the adult mode, men are twice as likely to be infected as women. Similar to the plague, this disease is considered endemic in animals and can be spread by bites from insects like ticks and deer flies, but unlike plague, it can also be acquired from improperly handling dead animals or running over dead animals with a lawnmower. Symptoms include fever, ulcers, lymph node enlargement, and occasionally pneumonia and pharyngitis. Tularemia, also known as “rabbit fever,” was first isolated and named in 1911 after Tulare County, California. Medical management involves antibiotics. Without antibiotics, the mortality/death rate of tularemia is 60%, but with antibiotic therapy the prognosis is generally good, and the death rate today is less than 4%. Again, this represents a threat in the event that it is aerosolized and large groups of people overburden the health system.
      - Viral hemorrhagic fevers (Ebola, Marburg, and Lassa viruses are a few examples, but 18 different viruses have been identified as causing this) are syndromes where the vascular system of the body is attacked by a virus. Symptoms of VHF include malaise, fever, swelling, flushing and purpura (purple spots), muscle pain, headache, vomiting, diarrhea, and bleeding from virtually everywhere. The severity of symptoms vary, but Ebola virus has a fatality rate of around 90%. Any case of Ebola in the United States must be contained, and until last year, there was no treatment for people with Ebola except medical support such as IV fluids and blood components. The first drug approved for treating Ebola was a combination of 3 monoclonal antibodies, Inmazeb, approved in October 2020, and the second, a single monoclonal antibody, Ebanga, was approved in December 2020. A vaccine against Ebola was approved by the US-FDA in December 2019, however since this date, there has not been a case of Ebola in the United States. Ebola is believed to be relatively rare yet spread among animals in western sub-Saharan Africa, and there have been periodic outbreaks of the disease in humans in this region for several decades. Prevention strategies to keep yourself safe from Ebola include the following, when traveling to an area where there is a known Ebola outbreak:
      - avoiding any contact with body fluids (urine, feces, blood, sweat, saliva, breast secretions, vaginal or seminal secretions, or amniotic fluid (“water break” fluid)) from infected persons.
      - avoid semen from men who have recovered from Ebola until a blood test shows that they are negative.
      - avoid contact with any items that have come in contact with any of the above fluids such as clothing, medical equipment, or bedding
      - avoid funeral or burial practices that involve touching someone who died of Ebola
      - avoid contact with bats, forest antelopes, or non-human primates (e.g. monkeys or chimpanzees), especially their fluids or ingesting any uncooked meat prepared from these or unknown animals
I hope this answered some questions about bioterrorism.
