Why Are There No Jonin Exams?

Why are there no Jonin exams in the Naruto series? How are Chunins promoted to the Jonin rank if there are no exams for them? We all know the Chunin Exams are help twice a year in Naruto, and the Chunin Exams Arc is one of the most beloved mangas in the Naruto anime.
So why didn't we have Jonin Exams or even more Chunin Exams in Naruto Shippuden? Well there are in-universe and out-of-universe reasons for that which we'll be exploring during this video.
