I don't know but i figured out this heist in np spain somehow 5 months back fyi there is also a glass on top of art gallery which can be broken use some equipment which im not sure of you might need to turn of sensors so you could enter from top.

Turned in gold bars, had to come back to the guy for an art piece. Gave it to the guy in Rockford and it unlocked.

the Noise Sensor tracks their footsteps not their voices though.. it spikes on every steps they make inside like it spikes so high (half bar) when there's 2 or more people walking simultaneously but so little when there's only 1 walking inside
Theyre just acting very immersive like a real silent bank robbery :v
It does track voices but they have their voice volumes all the way down so it doesn’t change much. They just actually whispering for immersion though
