Let them play…it should be NP’s privilege to allow talented roleplayers who will breathe life and continue the success of NP still many years later. No one was talking about full time or part time no one should care about that dumb stuff. Especially not us viewers. If someone like Spaceman wants to play on Nopixel he shouldn’t be concerned with what server he wants if he’s been accepted thru application and is deemed acceptable that’s just petty shit. The same goes for CG or anyone that wants to try out different servers while content is dry on NP. It gives Dev’s catch up time because 4.0 was so rushed out …that should be a welcome thing. And the irony isn’t lost on me a viewer talking about this subject but the stunning lack of transparency with stuff is becoming a very frustrating experience.

@VinegarAndSaltedFries neither of those people you mentioned have played NP in months. If they played on NP majority of the time and every once and a while played another server cool. Chatterbox does that all the time just fine. They chose to leave and the people you mentioned have also spoken not so nice things about the server as well. Space boy less so but he still said some shit after the debtors prison to try and stop people from going millions in debt with no consequences. If those people wanted to play NP so bad they would have popped back in periodically or not shit talked the place every time a piece of drama popped up. If you are on the server daily you have a right to kinda have your views but if you aren't there for months and shit talk it once a week that's your own choices.

@VinegarAndSaltedFries nah I'm a person with 2 business degrees and I look at things as a business. When streamers can bring eyes to the server which will make you money you cater to them more or let them to the front of the line. When you did business with a person and they left your service for another you leave the door open in case there's a chance for future business. But if the person who left you is gone a long time and has disparaged your business in public while with another company that door closes because those discussions could be held in a private meeting. Then when they try crawling back because your business is thriving now after they left and it had nothing to do with them they can stay outside. Hell use CG as an example. 5.0 will be extremely hyped up. Keep them out for like 3 months. Then let them in. If they don't come back then it's because they were only wanting on for what's best for them not what's best for the server. You keep saying what's best for RP and the growth of the server that's a good way to test if that's what they want. And if they are so good for RP after 3mo 5.0 would start slowing down and settling in they should be able to give it another jolt to keep it hype another 2mo.

yeah they left the server cause there was no updates and it was pvp, grind or cargo central and any arcs people wanted to do were shut down by other peoples inability to roleplay outside of a mechanical feature in the server. the copium takes from buddha viewers is wild

@@420Cristhe quality of those players matters. That’s what you aren’t understanding. When NP first blew up big big it was because every time a bigger streamer joined they met a really great role player. The two paths of content creator running into talented role player was consistent. Now unless they run into Buddha’s group, 4Head Chatterbox,or Pigeon’s characters it’s bust. That’s putting to much on those few to be on all the time, and not good enough for the server to live up to expectations. Without the really great roleplayers with established viewers, now it’s just clout chasey and kinda awkward. Add to that many of them I named that are left split there time between GTA and other games/ things. And forget about the PD side. What is it, Brian Knight, Carmine, Opal, and maybe a couple other characters. It’s done. Plus GTA6 coming.

I think since rockstar bought 5M and work with this stuff maybe NP has access to working on GTA 6 and 5.0 is GTA 6 and they have a NDA to not talk about it. So when they say they have no idea when 5.0 is coming out its because gta6 has no release and they gambled working on that early instead of updating this so the risk is losing all popularity to be able to release with the game.
