  • How does Emsculpt work. The hand piece paddle is strapped over the muscle to be treated and high intensity focused electromagnetic energy is delivered to stimulate the muscle and cause it to contract. Think of the muscle response as a super maximal contraction more intense and deeper than you can do on your own. During the course of the 30 minute treatment the muscle activity is comparable to doing 20 thousand crunches or squats. The extreme muscular activity leads to muscle development and fat cell death soreness is unusual and some tightening may be felt after one or two sessions.
You typically see and feel some improvement in two to four weeks with final results in two to six months. Repeat treatments can be performed for enhanced results and later for maintenance. The ideal candidate for Emsculpt is someone who already is fairly fit and active and who desires to improve muscle tone and body contour. Those with a metal implanted pacemaker are not candidates during treatment. You're lying comfortably with the paddles attached to the targeted area.
The electromagnetic energy is gradually increased to your tolerance and begins as a vibration then progresses to gentle and then stronger muscle contractions. It is not painful and you can resume all normal activities immediately afterwards. Maintaining a healthy diet and exercise routine will help maintain the results

Is it possible to increase/build forearm using EmSculpt?

EmSculpt is primarily used for the bicep, tricep, gluteus (buttocks), abdominal, thigh, and calf muscles. However, you have a good point-it actually could be used on the forearm, although I do not believe we have treated anyone's forearm to date. It's an interesting consideration and something we may explore in the future. Thanks again for your question!
