Could potentially relief some of the people from Rennes and Chateabruit and shouldn't be too costly either

Build a rail wich skipes Nozay and run trains that way and then a line which stops there. Also use a TGV for a laugh

Tgv needs to be from one corner of the map to another: given that it's so slow on acceleration and it's a high speed train...

You might have to do buses between stations that are super busy as like a rail replacement service just to help for now
