It is said in the Virtues terminal data that their eyes are hidden or removed for whatever reason upon entering Hell as wardens. The Virtues here actually have eyes because they're in Heaven. Cool detail. And I guess the husks, demons, and machines have started migrating to Heaven..
The problem with most ultrakill custom levels such as this is that they fill them with already used enemies in the game that may, but it's not the best when it comes to the setting. Because why would demons be in heaven? Even if it's only the moon, it's still very weird. And I'm not a programmer or anything, but I don't think that a game with probably the same or rather similar graphics to the ps2 can be that hard to make enemies. Btw: The level's great tho (like other UltraKill custom levels).
they could also just reskin and edit old enemies and projectiles to be heavenly, like, a stray shall become an angelic ball that pulses when shooting a barrage of 3 blue orbs
To be fair, making entirely new custom enemies in Ultrakill rn is apparently ludicrously difficulty and time-consuming, and it also doesn’t help that they are very likely to break in new updates, so I get why Custom Level creators don’t just throw newly-created custom enemies willy nilly. Actually, the idea of including thematic reskins for already existing enemies sounds pretty cool, and I’d love to see what a Heavenly version of the Schism might look like? Would it be two Angelic peeps perpetually french kissing one another?

Though unstable and potentially aggressive at times, they proved to be relatively good at their job. Husks are comprised of sinners that were fortunate enough to make it to heaven despite their initial damnation. However, their disfigurations from hell remain.
Wait....how did the machines manage to get to heaven ._. ?Unless there's a door they took or something, if v1 was able to get there then the demons and husks got there first after Gabriel finished off the council of heaven.
