The bank didn’t keep money in those boxes. They were assigned to customers to keep personal papers and valuables. There’s another vault where they kept the cash

Annoyed me that he was pulling the boxes out a little and then bending the doors up, where as if he pulled them out just a little more than they'd easily lift up without the force to bend them and without having to take the whole box out.

You also could have used the guard key and the customer keys in the box, removed the locks and sold them. The locks typically sell for $15-30 each. You probably could have made $5,000 on locks. Vault door is probably worth $2,000 used. They occasionally sell on eBay.

If you were to rob a bank you would need 6 people,2 watch the crowd 1 to watch the person behind the main desk,1 to watch the door and 2 to get the money.
If you wanted millions it be behind a 16 inch metal and steel door with a digital lock with finger scan and eye scan.
Just to break that you would need the most powered saw in the world and at least 100 pounds of dynamite.
And a fast getaway car that hold 6 people.
You would also need bulletproof vest and proper equipment.

How exactly do you know this stuff?
He really doesn't know many specifics tbh
First of all to emulate the finger print scans you would need to create a latex finger print of a bank official with the highest clearance level or take him hostage and to pass the retina scans you would use simple hacking software to disable the scanners and cameras in the vault and like you said you would need at least 6 men but prefably 8 as at 2 points in a federal bank there are silent alarms and you would need to men posted on them locations.
To get through the 12 inch steel composite vault doors you would need a diamond tipped blade at lest but even with that it would take along time to cut an enterance
And about the dinomite, it wouldn't work and it would draw too much attention and cause outside suspicion witch isn't what you would want.
And if you did all this corectly you wouldn't need a fast getaway car, actually you'd want a slow low key car to avoid suspicion and to decrease your chances of getting pulled over
You should also use a switch, and switch from the original getaway car into a second getaway car as you will be on local cctv.
And Yes before you ask I have robbed a bank

Was one of the keys on the key ring you used to get into the inner vault door not the master key for the safe boxes? Unless the bank was a real hot mess, there will typically be three main keys- the outer door key, interior door key, and safe box master key.
