    Good vid. I bought in summer 23. Fortunately I was in a better position as a buyer. I was able to be a cash buyer and I was the only offer. We closed in about ten days and 10K under. I was remodeled well. Fortunately it appears to be a somewhat better situation for buyers currently in many areas. My purchase was in central Texas.

    Nobody ever EVER loses earnest money and you know it. What a joke.

      I'm not sure I understand your comment. People certainly can and do lose their earnest money. It doesn't happen often, but it is a risk factor people need to understand and consider when purchasing a home.

      I think it's more about the arbitration or court costs that is going to occur, most people don't want to deal with it
