    Green agent here.
    When an appraisal contingency is waived on a financed loan. Does the appraisal still happen to get value BUT buyer has agreed to pay the gap? (If stated in offer doc)

      If there is no appraisal contingency, the buyer it’s essentially agreed to purchase a home regardless of the appraised value
