Cottage cheese Easter, recipe
Cottage cheese 500 gr.
Sugar 250 gr.
Butter 150 gr.
Sour cream or cream 200 gr.
Eggs 2 pcs. (yolk)
Raisins 0.5 cups
Vanillin liquid 10-12 drops
Cooking:
Grind the cottage cheese through a sieve so that there are no lumps.
Add sugar and yolk to the butter, grind with a spoon or blender
Add sour cream and mix everything with a blender until smooth.
Add liquid vanillin, raisins and grated cottage cheese.
Mix everything and place in an Easter mold lined with damp gauze.
Place a weighted plate on top
Place in the refrigerator for 24 hours.
Drain the released liquid
Can be decorated as desired
