barriers, rocks, walls and other obstructions usually surround the entire path and make this style a bit impossible also game sometimes create interesting creations with one wheel on the road and the other on the grass 😊😊😊
You're right. I used to touge race a lot in FH5 w/ friends, but we had a custom track. That same mountain, but as you said, surrounded by trees, rocks and other obstacles. A bunch of blind curves and nail parts
My problem isn’t so much the barriers, I love narrow courses that test your mettle. My problem is solely with physics of these barriers people place. There’s this one course I run, I’ve been running it for almost a year now. But it has this tunnel made out of walls and concrete barriers. Anyway, if your car touches either of these even slightly, there’s about an 80% chance it’ll just stop your car completely. No skidding on it or correcting it, unless you’re super lucky. It’ll just stop you no matter how fast you’re going
This was helpful man thank you for the resource! Ive been doing a lot of research for tuning in a different game (none of the big racing sims). Trying to tune a low hp rwd front engine car and understanding concepts like how load transfer affects grip potenial and technical explanations of slip angle Ive been making good progress with my tune. Your video does a great job of explaining how certain setting will affect a car and applying what ive learned from other resources Im getting a clearer picture of what I need to chane but mire imprtably why! Your video was great for helping me wrap my head around why the springs and anti-roll bars affect the car the way they do and seeing the tunes ive made fall in line with your baselines for the rwd tuning which means Im on the right track. Im still a bit unclear on how and why differentials work the way they do and the theory behind when to use what (the game im tuning in allows for a couple preset differentials for the front and back seperately and doesnt offer the customization of fh5) and Im still a little lost on why a lower ride height matters so much but i belive that ties in to the load transfer equation which boosts grip abaility? I also am a bit onclear on tire spacing and how/why that affects the car but alas! A bit rambly to say your video helped me grasp damper and spring concepts but great video!
The lower the car, the lower its center of gravity, which gives less rolls when turning. The distance between the wheels affects the stability when turning. A car with the same distance between all wheels will turn well, but it will have poor cornering stability, but if you lengthen this car, it will become less maneuverable, but it will remain stable in turns
Ok im a drag racer turning touge racer so im learning as I go but what should i focus more on when it comes to mods power or weight? Semi-slicks are ginna increase PI alot but so does weight reduction. I know lighter cars probably don't need weight reduction but what about heavier cars with mid power?
Great video, very informative. But plz for a future upload consider using like some Ai or something to talk because not everybody likes to read and especially not at such a fast pace.

Thank you soo much, man!
I was struggling to get the power down to the road with most of my cars!

do u use rally suspension for AWD cars?
yes rally suspension is great for awd
would you mind dropping the share code for your ae86 tune?

Clearly has not driven on any narrow japanese touge runs such as Mt Miyogi or Mt Fujimi and there is no description either
Why would he make a Guide for that if the game is set on Mexico.
