Sal Montalvo Apologies for the late reply, it will not fit the vs3 since it is not the same model, i cannot tell you if possible modifications can be done in the bolt so it can fit. Yet i have never seen anybody use a techt hush bolt on a Vs3

O yes you can.Just make sure you order your hush bolt compatible with your Fenix, it looks almost exacly as this one.
