@@franklujan8304it’s ironic you mentioned this because years ago before this film, Universal in the early 1930’s was going downhill in financial gane and yet when they decided to launch (from the silent films era but with talking pictures) they took a chance with monster films starting with DRACULAAA 🧛‍♂️ ⚰️ and that movie gave great financial success in the theaters that Universal continued there Monster genres “which in turn”saved Universal Pictures from financial ruined. It's a pretty interesting plot point in this that Talbot wants to stop Dracula, but knows he can't control the werewolf transformation. So he's really just trying to get into a position where he can _aim_ the werewolf transformation at Dracula and rely on the fact that it's too wild to be controlled, can overpower the vampire physically and is immune to the effects of being bitten if that happens. Decades before Bruce Banner "aims" the Hulk

After Karloff, Glenn Strange looked the best in the Frankenstein monster make-up. Even Jack Pierce, the make-up artist who created most of the Universal monsters, said that Strange had the perfect face for the monster. If you were a "monster-kid" growing up in the 1960s, it was mostly Glenn Strange's Frankenstein image that was used in the marketing of toys, models, magazines, board games, etc. during the "monster craze" of that era.

When i was a kid WDRB in Louisville Ky played Abbott and Costello movies on Sunday mornings. Were special times. Before we had cable. Think we had a total of six local channels. Hard to imagine there was a world like that.

This was my favorite Universal Monster movie as a 6-7 y old kid in the early 90's because it had all three of them in it & two of the actors were the original actors!!!!! Im eo glad they actually brag back Bela Lagosi a second time to play Dracula for this film!!!! Bela the original Dracula & Lon Chany Jr. the original Wolfman in the same exact movie fighting each other!!!!! That is so damn legendary!!!! Its too bad Boris Karloff couldn't of reprised his role just one more time as the Frankenstein monster!!!!!

The Speed and sheer animalistic nature of the Wolfman and Dracula's years of experience and hypnotism to lure victims, still pales to seeing the Monster tear off the leather binders and getting off the table. (Note: Lon Channey took over for Strange as the Monster after twisting his ankle for this scene 2:33
