    Please do more videos like this. Everyone always wants to over complicate things, the more simple the better

    When we nailed trout on the White Buffalo in Arkansas we'd bread the same way... mustard is a great way to stick the breading

    Using minnow you never know what your gonna catch. The biggest bass I ever caught 11.8 was caught crappie fishing. The way you hook your minnows is the way I hook all my live bait. Shad, bluegills,bullheads, ghost minnows. My hook ratio is at its greatest. Warmouth is correct. Good video!

    I hear you on the live bait prices. I've always done live bait but I'm committing myself this year to learning artificial lures. So far I've done okay on fake minnows with sunfish and a couple channel cats. I think you were right about that being a war mouth. I believe I saw one in another video the other day.

    In my opinion, Bass and brim are the best tasting fish I can eat. Have you ever raised up those rocks? To find Helgamites, or crayfish to use for bait. fishing for catfish and Bass.

      Yes, they are very good to eat and I used crawfish a lot when I was a kid. I’ve just not done it in a long time but they are great bait

    Going to give this technique a try on my local lake I have a lot of bank access to. Do you recommend using a rod holder or you just have your rods sitting on the bank?

    • @JSOutdoors
      @JSOutdoors  2 года назад +1

      I’ve never used a rod holder fishing like this but I don’t see what it would hurt
