This Detroit style homemade pizza has a crispy delicious crust and can be topped however you please! It comes together with only a few minutes of hands-on effort and feeds a crowd. The best part? You can prepare the crust in advance - to easily pop into the oven after a busy workday or before your guests arrive!

Ingredients- Crust
1 tsp (6g) sugar
1 tsp (5g) active Yeast
1 cup warm (95 degrees) water
2 1/4 cups (315g) Bread Flour
1 1/2 (9g) tsp Salt
