What do you mean the chargers aren't "full"? As if they're each attached to a single battery that gets depleted of something? Is that what you think?
They're ALL connected to the grid......some do indeed work slightly better or worse then others. I try to always plug in to the charger closest to the massive junction box when possible. But they DEFINITELY aren't like gas pumps that can "run out" of stored energy!

Yes they run out of charge so you have to try other chargers

Battery buffered chargers *are* a thing. But typically it would be a buffer for all the chargers at a site, and I expect it would be pretty rare to encounter one without any charge. Possibly this is the source of the misunderstanding.

You seem to not understand the science behind superchargers. They all pull from the same grid. There is no such thing as full or empty. They are all pulling from the same electric transformer. The only relevant tip would be not parking in the same group of stalls as other teslas. Ie don’t park in 1A or 1B if someone is using 1c. Rather use 2A, B or C if completely available .

Glad you’re thinking about the technology but it doesn’t work even if you’re the only car. This issue has happened many times. Slow charging and had to switch many stations to find a fast working one
