Thank you, I bought some to test myself since no one else has. Look for the water test to hopefully capture the bullet in a few hours

The marketing on this stuff is genius! Whenever I see the box, I wanna buy it like I don’t have ANY ammo anywhere in my house.

Been using the 77 grain HPBT (non black tip) for my home defense .. recently used the 75 grain and 62 grain at the range this past weekend I'm loving all 3 .. definitely my go-to I don't think this can be beat for the price .. yes there's definitely better ammo if you wanna pay $1.00 or more per round ... but these HIT WAY above there price point way above its All I'm using now ...

I hope it continues to work for you. I live in eastern NC, and theres some thugs going around doing home invasions, and when one of them got caught, the cops found him in a kevlar vest with a sapi plate over the center. It would be cool if someone made a video showing how well HP's do on armor. Take care.

I took this out to the range this past Monday, in my Hellion with a 16" barrel, 1 in 7" twist. ...I saw another video (by Toos&Targets), & his 5-shot test thru the chronograph (same length/twist as my barrel) was 2701fps. My very first 5-shot group at 100yds were all touching, & I'm coming straight from 62gr M855. I've never shot that well before with M855. I was so perplexed by the 5th shot, that I had to shoot 2 "fliers" just to make sure I was actually still hitting the paper!
EDIT: Tools&Targets also did a gel test, with both the 62gr & 75gr bullets, the core of each retained about ~70% weight going 13" & 14" respectively, the initial impact basically fragmented off the front ~%30 of the bullet's head.

great review my friend. im a big fan of the heavier 5.56 rounds......the heavier the better, for me.

The 75gr Saber frags almost exactly like 77gr Isreali Military Industries which uses a TMK bullet. I use both. Their would channels are massive in gel at 200 yards.
I don't know who manufactures the 75gr projectile, but it's devastating.
The other thing is that it achieves full advertised velocity from a 16" barrel. The IMI doesn't without a 20" barrel.
Both have standard deviation in velocity that are under 10 feet per second.
This AAC load, as well as their 69gr OTM load, are amazing.
They easily match IMI Razor Core and Speer Gold Dot for 1/2 to 1/3 the cost with the same accuracy and terminal effect

That's awesome to hear. For some reason, it could be lack getting a really solid shooting position right now, but I can't get a tighter group than like 3in. I will get 1.5-2in group going and it opens up the next three rounds or tightens up the last 3. Going to try again next week.

I just got back from the range. I shot the 55gr Saber Black out of my custom built AR-15. I have a Ballistic Advantage Premium Black Series .223 Wylde 1:8 twist barrel and a Primary Arms 1-6 ACSS Nova scope and a Geissle SSA-E trigger. Shooting from a bench rest at 50 yards I was able to get 5 round groups of 0.39 and 0.50 inches while suppressed, (my outdoor range is closed for some berm repair, so this is the best I could do). So it is a sub MOA round

I don't like using 50yds to determine moa because so many different bullets I have fired do great at 50 and then open up significantly at 100yds and on. I am trying to get a good group with these, but can't beat 2-3moa. Right now I know that's because I can't stretchout to get a good shooting position. Grass is too tall to lay down and see the target. I will get a few at 1-1.5 and then start getting rounds opening up but pretty sure its me. I need an industrial mower for this ranch.

Don't these fall somewhere in the middle of std 55gr fmj and green tips? Suppose to "expand" so might be more useful in a home defense situation without over penetration?

I would say, and i can only speak to this grain weight load, its a good bit better due to the energy transfer from BC, frag and accuracy
