Interesting result. On paper, this shouldn't be faster than the DCH133 but I guess like you said the load makes it perform differently. Mine don't, but then I didn't do a test exactly like this one.
Recently purchased this hammer drill and these are the bits I purchased also: ZELCAN Chisel Set with SDS Plus Shanks, 6pc Masonry Concrete Drill Bit Set, Tile Grooving Scraping Flat Point Scaling Chisels 40Cr Steel Rotary Hammer Drill Tool Kit SDS Plus Bits for Home Improvement
I’ve got both. To be honest, depending on what you’re doing, the 172 will do you right if you’re a diy-er or not running huge holes. It also doesn’t have chip or hammer only mode. If you’re doing 5/8 or larger holes with some regularity, the 273 will probably be the right call. I myself don’t have much valid use for the 273, but I got the 273, 2 batteries, and the onboard vacuum for $320 new
@l.g.867 the longer style brushless one doesn't for some reason. We've had 2 of them for 3 years now and they still haven't lost any power no matter what we throw at it
@@Marty-lv426 Which model # is that? Are you talking about the DCH263B? Is the DCH293 any better than this one in terms of life you can expect before it too fails?

Amazing videos brother! Love the specs! Id like to see you review the Hilti TE 5-22 🤔
Thanks for doing this
What size bit do I need to fit in the chuck of this hammer drill?

What about comparing against 172?
