If you look at the rails you will find that it still has tiny bends here and there deviating very often. If railways can run trains at 130 km/h on these kind of rails then imagine a Proper Track upgradation campaign and maintenance. Our rakes can easily do 140-160 km/h very regularly

Mr 693 1st of all my 100 congradulations to you for nothing other than mentioning the name of an important junction of the Indian Railways called Mysore You and your friends will wonder 100 percen t if I say that this once famous city where I am spending my retired life even today at the age of 80 years and which was developed and brought to forefront by the WADEYAR ERA till 1969 is being brought to the level of what one calls it as Dumping Gar bage and Nature Callin g yards by some vested Interesred persons If any body wants proof for all these they will welcome and got the same by contacting any native human being aged above 75 to 80 So many peopke grudged when Mr Jaffer Shariff the then Railway Minis ter brought this SHATA ABDI to Mysore One very very impotant matter which I want to mention here is that th ough Then Mysore and now Karnataka State has 80 to 85 percent of the Ministers having portfolio of Railways in their hands they have done nothing of any importance in the past ONE HIGHLY DEMAND ED RAILWAY PROJECT Connecting Chamaraja nagar in Mysore State to Mettupaalyam or Satyamangslam in Tamil Naadu dated back to 1955 had been thrown to Dustbin due to the strong political hands and Mafias of that particular area I am10000 percent sure that if this line has been laid Mysore and Karnataka has become next to the commercial hub of Mumbai sendin g the two neiboughring states Tamilnadu and Kerala to beg Katnataka for each and everythin g But for the Small min ded Big Wigs Nothing happened and Nothing will happen for anoth er 100 years I am sure
