I would still say South Indian Shatabdhi's don't do much speed like North Indian Shatabdhi's, this Shatabdhi from Mysore-Chennai which departs from Bangalore @ 4.25PM can do much much better in terms of speed.. they can test these tracks to check if this Shatabdhi can make a constant speed of 110kmph ..

Yup .. generally it takes so long to cross JTJ not only shatabdi even many other train slowdown too early for the halt at JTJ..

The fastest train from MAS towards SBC! The other Shatabdi takes 5 hrs both ways. Towards MAS, this one is slower. Cool track alignments and loved that parallel action with Basava. It's a regular overtake at SBC.
That's definitely improvement in speed, it reached Bengaluru from Chennai just in 7 minutes 27 seconds!!

And Bro can you make the journey from KSR Bengaluru City - Mumbai CSMT by 11302 Udyan Express hauled with Electric loco of WAP-7 end to end with Electric Traction and also hauled with Diesel loco of WDP-4D from Wadi - Daund in unelectrified route. And this train where will be arrived from which Platform in Mumbai CSMT Railway Station.
