Surprisingly rockin' tune for Zac Brown. This song casts yet another vote for Chris Cornell as being one of the elite rock vocalists of his generation. Interesting time signatures and straight-up rockin' jam!

My father passed away this jan 4th. In the home we shared where I took care of him for the last 12 yrs. He was a protector. A friend. A "father figure" to soo many kids he didn't have (im his only bio child) and Ive stepped into the role of Rick Barron. Everyone who misses him comes to me seeking his energy. We ARE alot alike. He passed down every trait into my soul (even matching medical diagnosises lol) and I was the head of his estate. I'm learning how heavy the kings crown was now that its mine, but im doing my best. I am proud to be the world's new "Rick Barron", God knows we need someone like him down here.

I'm cracking up listening to these comments and fights . ZBB is country rock but most country listeners don't know that Chis Cornell, as someone just said is a Musical God, and he just amped up their rock side. Those crazy high notes and a lot of the song is him. And the Chris fans love anything he does. I love and miss him everytime I hear his voice which everyday. This song kicks ASS. And thank God they made this together before he took his own life. Definitely my new song to obsessively listen to. Tears are rolling

This is a good song. I'm so glad that the Zac Brown Band collaborated with Chris Cornell in this track & with Sara Bareilles in another song. Chris Cornell still has a great voice. I still have some Soundgarden albums from the past. I still remember him when he was in the movie, "Singles" with Pearl Jam, Bridget Fonda, Kyra Sedgwick, Matt Dillon, Bill Pullman, etc. I also like the Jekyll & Hyde concept, title, & cover art for the new album.
I remember my hair being blown back when Chris (or Liam) Hemsworth introduced the Zac Brown Band w/Chris Cornell and they did this song on SNL. We lost Chris a short time later. Think of the great music he would have come up with. So thankful for the music he did.

Zack Brown Band really turned up a notch in terms of music style in their latest album.. this is much heavier rock.. and the other night I heard a POP dance tune from them... how cool! It goes to show that when you are good musically, you can do anything!

I sang for around 25 yrs. everything from Priest and Dio to AIC and everything in between. The hardest song I ever covered was "Outshined" God damn!! Cornell had me stumped!! This song is fucking awesome. Zac ain't bad either!! LOL!! He's awesome!!
Cornell gave us everything he had. Reunited with Soundgarden and started taking care of his voice again after loosing it in the early 2000s. Never again will we hear a voice so unique. RIP my rock idol.

Never realized until this tune how much Cornell's voice (while I do think he's awesome) reminds me of a young David Coverdale. I had to double check to be sure this wasn't an amped up cover of an old Deep Purple song.
Not a huge Country fan. But I do like Zac Brown. Before joining forces with Chris Cornell, his style of music already had a Rock vibe to it. Chris Cornell just made it that much better! Personally I think this is the best song on radio right now. Both Rock and Country stations alike.

Heard this for the first time today. Thought it sounded like Chris, Then it didn't. Then it did. Had to keep the main line in my head until I got back to my computer to try to find it. Very surprised to find out it was ZBB, but slammed that Chris is there, too!! Great song!!
