Following points can be added in the checklist.
Location - Check surrounding.
Silent and Calm locality with nearby
bus stop or bus stand
Railway station
Market
School
Hospital
Banks & ATM
1. If it's apartment, Check each floor plan approval. Also check for Where is the entrance, where is the exit, where is the lift, where is the steps, lift and steps are nearby.
2. Check the Water pipeline.
How many borewells? What's its depth?
How many underground Sump. What's its capacity?
How many overhead tanks? What's its capacity..??
Water pipeline should have minimal bends. If more bends then water flow is slow.
3. Check Electricity Line.?
Where is the nearby transformer??
Where is the Earth connection to your home??
Where is the Meter..?? Is it 3 phase connection. All phase lines are seperate.
What's the wire quality..?? Tripper provided..??
Any common Generator provided..?? Approval for generator..?? Generator type..?? Or Individual inverter.. Inverter type..??
Which electrical works on this inverter..??
4. Check for Paint type..?? Quality..?? Quantity..??
5. Check Wood works..?? Windows & Doors Quality..?? Ventilation..?? Sunlight..??
