Throughout the talkathon Bryn and Paul were joined by an exciting lineup of guests, interviews, call-ins, games and live music while they took a deep-dive into their own personal journeys (including terrorist attacks, the military, fatherhood and leadership).
There were over 15 interviews from a brand spectrum of guests with different perspectives - from the professional psychologist to the professional barber; from those battling mental health on the football pitch to those battling it on the school run.
