You rarely see the Chuppah in the Western Tridentine-rite marriage ceremonies, even though it very common in Jewish and Christian Eastern-rite marriage ceremonies. Very nice.
No, it is up to the couple and we opted for just the two of us to receive communion at the nuptial mass. Our guests were made aware of the daily mass schedule at the church we were married in so that they could receive Our Lord if they so pleased.
There are many trad women not only within your parish/country. Mau be you need to search beyond your area. The rate at which the enemy has infiltrated the Church it is good to begin on the right foot before getting into marriage crisis. For us to achieve the goal of Sanctification of our souls may be God wants us to go an extra mile to reach our destiny!
That's so weird. Did the father of the bride walk his daughter down the aisle? That's a Protestant tradition. I would expect this in a novus ordo wedding, not a traditional Latin mass one.
@@crobeastness thank you. I love the NO but I prefer the Tridentine rites and I wan't my marriage to be traditional. No instruments, Gregorian chants. I will keep studying about it, if you can recommend me some readings I would appreciate that!
I have to tell you, I've seen several Latin mass weddings and none where the bride and groom walked in together. I know it's traditional, but it's also not really part of the liturgy or form of the mass, so it's up to the couple. It's underestandable that young people want to incorporate the things they've grown up seeing and expecting.
Awesome and Beautiful Wedding! Thanks be to God!
Good evening
Thank you for uploading this beautiful wedding
Congrats you two!

where are you seeing a chuppah?
@@mary-catherinecroshaw6369 I think he means 54:55
That's the velatio nuptialis or nuptial veil, which is a throwback to ancient Roman wedding customs. It's smaller than a chuppah.
Congrats long time internet homie! From SOL to FB to THIS :)

I guess this is SSPX! Which Parish is this? This my society!! I love everything by SSPX!
This isn’t an SSPX parish. It looks like it’s more or less an independent parish that serves the TLM.
It's a diocesan parish. I was at the wedding.

anyone know the song at the end?
Hornpipe From the Water Music.
Do only the bride and groom receive communion in nuptial masses?

I'm sorry, what is the traditional roman catholic tradition regarding the bride's procession to the altar?

@@mary-catherinecroshaw6369 we shouldn't have been so influenced by protestant customs. Maybe in North America it's more common, but not in Europe.
