That’s opposite of what you want to do because by pulling your stomach in, you are limiting the amount of air that you pull into your lungs. Many people do breathe that way, it just takes patience and practice to “retrain” yourself how to breathe properly! Thanks for reaching out!🫁♥️
@@BreatheBetterwithElizabeth I have a tendency to do that also, when I inhale my stomach goes in, instead of out. I have to consciously think about it.
