Because dodge never sold them anywhere else but the USA because it would cost too much to switch the interior over to RHD, and it’s size wouldn’t be great for smaller roads. they are the equivalent of seeing a Kei truck here in the states.
Also importantly because of the difference in regulations and emissions law especially in the EU most American made vehicles become nearly unobtainable like from what i hear in the Netherlands you'd pay 300000 euro for a ford mustang
