    What a great looking pond, love how Blagdon have made it so easy to build. Might have to see how one looks in my garden now.

    I recommend a cover to protect from predators. Cat's would love to play with this after dark. Looks beautiful, it would be brilliant in a conservatory. Well done, excellent video.

    Way easier than digging 3' down into rocky soil in AZ. But I do like the added benefit of the in ground insulation that you can't get above ground. But still a great product for a patio you cant dig into or if you don't have the back for it. Great option.

    • @Mountain_Aquatics
      @Mountain_Aquatics  Год назад +2

      Yes it definitely has its place. A great pond for a patio area. And the windows give a different perspective and I’m sure the kids love seeing the fish

    I love your vids! I've always wanted a pond, but never had the living arrangements to have one. I adore my tetras, but goldfish in a pond or giant aquarium are my dream wet pet.

      @@Mountain_Aquatics I rent an apartment in a 4-plex city house with no yard and no outside electricity or water. The housing market here is nuts but I'd love to find a bigger place and would be happy with a decent sized indoor pond or aquarium. What size is this one? I love it!

    • @Mountain_Aquatics
      @Mountain_Aquatics  Год назад +3

      @@cosmoplakat9549 it’s not too big and a lovely size to put on a patio. At least you can have a nice aquarium and wait for the day you can finally have a pond. You’ve got plenty of time to plan it and make it perfect 👍🏻

    Nice but why dont they build planting shelves in these ponds? Also great for small fish and goldfish NOT kOI as ive seen some put in these.

      Yes I wouldn’t put koi in them. They do have somewhere for small plants to go. Like a pocket

      One for the pump which is 10W and one for the UV bulbs which is 5W.

    That 5 in 1 doesn’t look like a lot of media for a 600 litre. Does it work a bit differently with ponds?

    • @Mountain_Aquatics
      @Mountain_Aquatics  Год назад +2

      It has both mechanical and biological filtration media as well as the UV. Should do the job as long as you don’t overstock the pond. You’ll have to check the future updates to see how well it does 😉
