Bro i am a hvac design engineer with 6 months of internship ( 2-3 projects experience) trying to start as freelancer or service based business provider online but not sure about how to start by attracting clients properly when they're preferring more experienced people over beginners, how should i create best portfolio ? whats some best books to read for on this topic & tips for knowing about online money making system in our field of consulting..
Create a portfolio with your best projects (see RUclips for many examples), and mass reach out to agencies on LinkedIn to propose your services.
