Im from Pakistan and this is amazing! Landing a lunar module all the way towards the dark south pole was a very courageous task to begin with. My heart sunk while watching it live when the probe's trajectory deviated and then the sudden dismay on the faces of those amazing men and women was heart wrenching. They literally worked for this so hard! Respect to the whole team!
I hope that on board computers may have landed the module on its own safely and I hope they can restore communication at a later day! I hope so!

However, the Chandrayaan 2 mission so far has fully demonstrated India's space capability, and a promising generation of scientist and engineers. It is only a matter of sooner or later that the two space powers (IN and CN) will join efforts in the peaceful development of space. The future is ours.

@Rasm gaming LOL, Don't vilify the kindly chinese please! acctually, almost nobody in China to care about what india did on the moon, Chinese are busy developing their own life. One of the reason of you india failed, you always doing the no meaning work which is only the face project of indian, and care about too much that you indian whether is loosing the face. For example, you always being proud of throwing 104 pieces space rubbish to the earth orbit in 2017 year. This time the moon landing project also be same, you just only want to be the fourth country which had been landed on the moon successfully, you did too much propaganda for this purpose, but do nothing meaning for science
