When you started to cook you put the mushrooms on the bottom rack in the oven however when you took them out of the oven they were on the top rack. That’s some bait and switch. Although the recipe looks good.
Made these this weekend and they were great added some chopped pecans to it and it really amped it up, thanks for the recipe.. I loved it

You could use it for a black bean veggie burger, it would be so good!
I use my sausage stuffed recipe but substitute wild rice for sausage. Done
