the concept of this printer is nice. Where it fails is the software. The first one bricked itself trying to update so with the other two i don't bother trying to update it. I don't know if "not" updating it makes it harder for my computer to find. My computer constantly thinks it is offline and I have to delete it off my computer and refind it when I want to print something. I can see why this model is getting cheaper over time.

i am still waiting that you print an example page with color and b/w, I think thats the minimum component of a review. Is there any significant difference in Print-Quality between the Printer-Models of the Ecotanks? For example et-2750 and 2720?
yes. but use the photo quality tick box. If your transfer paper is for DARK T-SHIRTS print as MIRROR IMAGE and place and iron on with the grid facing you. For light t-shirt transfer print as ordinary, cut out and peel the backing off then use silicone paper between the t-shirt and the iron to melt it onto the light t-shirt.
What can I do if I on mistake did the initialisation without filling the ink tanks first? Is there a way to redo the ink charging at the beginning of the setup?
printers are pretty well sold out in stores atm. I'd have to drive a flipping hour to a store that only has 1 in stock. fkn tired of expensive cartridges with 30 pages worth of ink. I like how they trick you into thinking the screen is big by using a HUGE black border. A GameBoy screen is bigger than that.

Epson does make the claim that this system will save you money on ink. Which I honestly can get behind because the costs is so much lower, in my opinion Epson claims might be a bit exaggerated. However, you should get more usage out of the bottled ink vs cartridges over along period of time. The question is exactly how much are the actual savings in total. At the end of the day you still end up saving.

Worst printer I have ever had. Nothing more than problem after problem, especially freezing the printer completely saying 'time to reset ink levels' when there is plenty of ink. I wouldn't recommend this to my worst enemy, it will drive you nuts!

After the initial filling you end up having roughly 3% left in the bottles.
